The grounds of this hotel were stunning. A nice quiet garden was available, and was a perfect place to unwind. My studio apartment was large and comfortable. The host was amazing! When I told him I would not be able to make it to the hotel before the desk closed due to a medical emergency, he sent me a video showing me exactly how to get to my room, and then delivered the keys to me at the hospital. I was also given his personal number in case any issues came up during my stay. The service really was exceptional. The location is outside of the city center, which makes for a very quiet stay. I was able to easily walk into town, though (about a 30 minute walk). I would definitely recommend staying here!

Quinta da Nasce Água is a beautiful property, with a lot of attention to detail regarding the facilities and decor. The garden is amazing and the overall atmosphere is very pleasant, with plenty of common places to relax outside as well as inside. We were greeted with a bottle of wine, bottle opener and fruit. The room was perfectly clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good and elaborate. The best part was the hospitability, where Maggie went above and beyond to make sure that we knew what to see and do and where to eat on Terceira - she even selected vegetarian restaurants especially for us. We would definitely come back if we had the chance - highly recommended!

The property is a beautiful combination of a historic house with fantastic gardens and modern amenities - great bed and shower. The staff is warm and friendly. They were very helpful when we discovered a flat tire on our rental car just before heading to the airport and persisted with the rental company to be sure we wouldn't miss out plane.

This is a beautiful property, with the natural water swimming pool, gorgeous garden and great rooms. The staff is super helpful in providing recommendations for your stay, from places to restaurants to local desserts to try. Very relaxing, super quiet but only a short drive to Angra.

The breakfast was fine and quickly replenished if something was missing. Very friendly service! Great location to visit the island from this address. Also 7 minutes drive from the harbor and historic center. Magnificent swimming pool that we used every day with pleasure.
